STAG’s commitment to social responsibility extends to all, including employees, customers, communities, investors, suppliers and visitors. Our mission is to extend our financial resources, time and core values/principles to improve communities. We strive to collaborate with non-profit organizations that provide opportunities to inspire and empower children and young adults. Our employees demonstrate their personal commitment by volunteering time and resources into organizations that we believe will help children and young adults realize their potential and make an impact to future generations.

  • Donated and coordinated fundraising for $490,000 and 677 hours to support thousands of children and young adults in 2022

FILL-A-TRUCK WITH ROOM TO GROW – NOV 2023

November 2023 – STAG partnered with Room to Grow (RTG) for a third year in a row to host a collection drive, gathering high-need clothing and baby items to support families in RTG’s three year program. Dozens of participants were involved and thousands of items were collected to cap off a successful event!

IMPACT DAY: THE HOME FOR LITTLE WANDERERS – AUG 2023

August 2023 – STAG collaborated with The Home for Little Wanderers (HLW) for this year’s Impact Day, in which over 20 STAG employees primed and painted walls for HLW’s new therapy center. Hundreds of children will now have a properly furnished space to learn, grow, and feel supported!

CRADLES TO CRAYONS’ BACKPACK-A-THON – AUGUST 2023

August 2023 – Cradles to Crayons hosted STAG and 30+ other companies in a “Backpack-A-Thon” in which companies packaged backpacks for under-resourced youth gearing up for the upcoming school year. The event was a major success, with over 40,000 backpacks packaged!

WOMEN’S FORUM VOLUNTEER DAY– MAY 2023

May 2023 – STAG’s Women Forum assisted in meal preparation and serving lunch for Rosie’s Place, the first women-only shelter in the United States. STAG has worked with Rosie’s Place for years and this is the first time that the Women’s Forum has specifically partnered with Rosie’s Place. A donation was made along with a toiletry drive that provided various items such as toothpaste, personal products, shampoo, conditioner, and gift cards, etc.

HEADING HOME’S ANNUAL HOUSEWARMING EVENT & UP AND OUT – MAY 2023

May 2023 – STAG Industrial helped a family of two move into a new apartment after multiple years of homelessness through Heading Home, an organization centered around helping combat homelessness and maintaining housing for those in need. STAG also participated in a charity event to raise money for Heading Home, funding their operations for finding homes and supporting their clients.

YES ANNUAL BLACK DIAMOND GALA – APR 2023

April 2023 – STAG employees attended Youth Enrichment Services’ (YES) 12th Annual Black Diamond Gala, in which more than $700,000 were raised to support YES’s youth programs. With the help of donations, YES will have the capacity to expand services to reach an additional 500 youth within three years and an additional 700 youth within five years.

BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS CASINO NIGHT FUNDRAISER – APR 2023

April 2023 – STAG Industrial joined forces with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Eastern Massachusetts again as a “Casino Sponsor” for the organization’s annual Casino Night fundraiser in Boston, MA. Over $35,000 were donated to BBBS from young professionals, excluding the institutional donations.
